Bernie Sanders, a lifelong advocate for workers’ rights, energised young Americans more than any politician since the ’60s. But, unsurprisingly, the Establishment Democrats sidelined him, opting instead for the more Wall-Street-friendly and seemingly “safer” Hillary Clinton.
